Access-Our products are delivered on large vehicles, which require appropriate access. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that appropriate access is available during delivery and offloading. Additional haulage charges will be made if the vehicle is delayed, redirected or returned loaded or partially loaded.
Tail Lift - all bulk packed products (over 250kg) are supplied palletised and offloaded by a tail lift delivery method.
Delivery Dates/Times-the Company will make every effort to ensure deliveries are made within the stated time scale. However the company will not accept liability directly or indirectly for any inconvenience, damages or costs incurred by the customer for late or non-delivery if caused by circumstances beyond our control. The company will not accept liability for damages incurred to property during delivery or offloading.
The delivery driver will ultimately determine suitability of delivery point ground and access for offloading.

- All products are offered subject to availability and for delivery to suitable mainland locations in England, Scotland and Wales. Where a product becomes unavailable the company reserves the right to offer a comparable product. Unless otherwise stated all prices quoted are inclusive of VAT at the prevailing rate. All prices are subject to variation.
- Returns & Replacements
- It is our policy to ensure customer satisfaction. We will therefore respond without undue delay to any complaint or dispute.
Cancellations-a full refund will be given less any restocking and carriage costs incurred. - Payment, Pricing & Promotions
- We accept payment via credit/debit cards over the internet or by telephone. We also accept cheques by post although reserve the right to withhold goods prior to receiving payment.

- Cancellations

The company can only accept cancellations by Email and/or Telephone. The following costs will be applied:
Orders cancelled prior to our carrier loading the goods ordered will be given a full refund minus a minimum restocking and transaction fee of £25.00 per tonne ordered.
Orders cancelled after the carrier has collected the goods ordered or up to 7 days after the customer takes delivery of the goods, will have to be delivered back to our bagging plant (address available upon request) at the customers own cost. The company will then issue the customer a full refund minus a restocking, delivery and transaction fee of £89.00 per pallet ordered.
