The customer is any person, persons or business who contacts the company for the supply of products or services.
The carrier is any person, persons or business who the company uses for delivery of the product.

We are open for receipt of orders and enquiries by email 24 hours a day. Our normal office hours are 9am-5pm Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays.
PRICES & AVAILABILITY
All products are offered subject to availability and for delivery to suitable mainland locations in England, Scotland and Wales. Where a product becomes unavailable the company reserves the right to offer a comparable product. Unless otherwise stated all prices quoted are inclusive of VAT at the prevailing rate. All prices are subject to variation.
REFUNDS & DISPUTES POLICY
It is our policy to ensure customer satisfaction. We will therefore respond without undue delay to any complaint or dispute.
Cancellations-a full refund will be given less any restocking and carriage costs incurred.
ORDER AMENDMENTS
The company must receive amendments to orders before our carrier has loaded the order for delivery.
DELIVERY
Access-Our products are delivered on large vehicles, which require appropriate access. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that appropriate access is available during delivery and offloading. Additional haulage charges will be made if the vehicle is delayed, redirected or returned loaded or partially loaded.
Tail Lift - all bulk packed products (over 250kg) are supplied palletised and offloaded by a tail lift delivery method.
Delivery Dates/Times-the Company will make every effort to ensure deliveries are made within the stated time scale. However the company will not accept liability directly or indirectly for any inconvenience, damages or costs incurred by the customer for late or non-delivery if caused by circumstances beyond our control. The company will not accept liability for damages incurred to property during delivery or offloading.
Deliveries in the Xmas period are as follows:
Orders made before 22/12/06 should be delivered, depending on stock levels, before the new year. Orders made after that date will be delivered after 2/1/07.
The delivery driver will ultimately determine suitability of delivery point ground and access for offloading.
CANCELLATIONS
The company can only accept cancellations by Email and/or Telephone. The following costs will be applied:
Orders cancelled prior to our carrier loading the goods ordered will be given a full refund minus a minimum restocking and transaction fee of £25.00 per tonne ordered.
Orders cancelled after the carrier has collected the goods ordered or up to 7 days after the customer takes delivery of the goods, will have to be delivered back to our bagging plant (address available upon request) at the customers own cost. The company will then issue the customer a full refund minus a restocking, delivery and transaction fee of £89.00 per pallet ordered.
Loose bulk orders cannot be refunded once the vehicle has been loaded from the quarry or been tipped at the customers property. Excess haulage costs will be charged for material en route and/or rejected by the customer upon arrival.
PAYMENTS
We accept payment via credit/debit cards over the internet or by telephone. We also accept cheques by post although reserve the right to withhold goods prior to receiving payment.
COMPLAINTS
All complaints must be made in writing to the address above immediately on receipt of goods and all will be dealt with accordingly.
DISCLAIMER
Every care is taken to represent the products as accurately as possible. However some variation in size and colour should be expected. Responsibility for ensuring product suitability and durability, and accuracy with regard to required quantity rest entirely with the customer.
SAFETY
Product use-the customer is responsible for the safe use of all products. The company does not accept any responsibility for damage caused by any of our products once they have arrived with the customer or whilst they are being unloaded by our carriers.
SECURITY & PRIVACY
The company will at all times respect your privacy. Any information given to the company will be used solely for the proper processing and delivery of your order.
DISTANCE SELLING
All our goods/services conform to the Distance Selling Regulations 2000.
STATUTORY RIGHTS
The above terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
